I have forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?

To set a new password, click on "Forgot Password" . Once you enter your credentials, a one-time Verification Code will be sent to your registered mobile number through which you'll be able to set a new password.

Can I update my registered mobile number on PurnPay?

Yes, now you can change your registered mobile number on PurnPay. To change your number, follow these simple steps -

1) Click on Account and select Edit Profile

2) Click on Update Personal Details

3) Click on the Change option available next to the current number

4) Read the note and click on Continue

5) Check the procedure and click on Proceed

6) On selecting Request OTP, an OTP will be sent to your current registered mobile number & email id

7) Enter the OTP and click on verify

8) Once verified you will be able to update/change the number (enter the new profile mobile number which you want to update)

9) You will receive an OTP on the new number, which you need to input

10) After OTP verification, you will be taken back to the edit profile main page where you can view the updated mobile number.
