Does money in Balance expire?

Yes. Promotional money that is given as cashback may have an expiry date attached to it. We always make sure that we use whatever balance is set to expire first such that you don't have any unexpected surprises. Secondly, if you forget to use the money, we shall send a reminder well in time such that you are always well informed. Will amount paid against Special Deals be refunded to my Balance?

Special deals are offers for which you get codes in your inbox if your recharge is successful. If you've selected a special deal and your recharge fails, you won't get the code and your entire amount for that transaction will be refunded to your Balance.

You can then choose to pay using Balance or use other payment options as you wish.You can check your account balance in the account section once you log in.In case of an unsuccessful recharge where your payment has already gone through, we refund the amount to your source account. In case transaction was processed through PurnPay balance, the refund gets credited to your PurnPay balance.
