Since PurnPay Wallet does not work on the Add and Pay Principle and instead works on the Passthrough Principle, there is no minimum or maximum transaction amount that can be processed through the PurnPay Wallet.
The time taken for refund depends on the instrument used for making the payment. In case you have paid using your PurnPay Balance, the amount will show in your PurnPay Balance almost immediately after refund is initiated. Even in multi tender transactions, the amount paid using the wallet balance is refunded immediately.For transactions paid using Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, the refund should reflect in your account in approximately 5 to 7 business days.
Transaction history can be viewed at any time in your PurnPay app.

PurnPay account makes payments amazingly easy. Just follow the steps given below :
On the payment page, click "Pay with PurnPay".
Log in to your PurnPay account.
Use your PurnPay Balance and/or saved cards, new cards, netbanking to make the payment.
We send an email and SMS alert for each transaction or refund to your registered mobile and email.
In such a case, the amount will get reversed to the source account. If the payment was made using only PurnPay Balance, then the amount will reflect in your PurnPay account in no time. For payments made using credit card/debit card or netbanking, the amount will get reversed within 5-7 business days.
Download transaction invoice feature is not provided by PurnPay Wallet as of now but will be available in future versions of the product. you can view the details of all transactions made using the PurnPay Wallet in the transaction history section of the PurnPay App. It shows details of Order ID, Amount, Merchant and Date. Going forward multi-tender details will also be incorporated in the customer transaction history view.
